Maximum loan amount is $35,000
Dayton's Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services' Deferred Rehab Loan is a loan without interest or monthly payments, and is forgiven after a period of thirty years, unless the following occurs before: sale or title transfer or if the property ceases to be the home owners’ principle place of residence.
