Low interest loans to resident homeowners for housing renovation
Applicants must own the property and it must be their principal place of residence. Monthly payment based on income and ability to pay:
- less than 50% median income = 3% interest
- 50-60% of median income = 4% interest
- above 60% median income = 5% interest
