Sustainable Home Ownership Program (SHOP) is a program of Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation in partnership with Dayton's Bluff Neighborhoods Housing Services, both non-profit 501(c)(3) corporations. The mission of the program is to provide sound and ethically priced mortgage services to underserved people and help revitalized low and moderate income neighborhoods, especially those that have been affected by high foreclosures.
